About Me
My Yoga journey began in 2019 as a way to address my own health issues. Little did I know that this would mark the beginning of a profound transformation — one that would shape my life and career in ways I had never imagined. As I delved deeper into the practice, I discovered that Yoga is not merely a physical discipline but a complete science that harmonizes the body, mind, and spirit. This realization ignited a deep passion within me, leading me to formally study Yoga and its therapeutic dimensions. Along the way, I completed a Prenatal Yoga Teacher Certification, which enabled me to cater to the unique needs of women through all stages — fertility, prenatal, and postnatal. Since then, I have been conducting diverse Yoga practices including Prenatal, General, Therapy, Senior Citizen, and Kids Yoga, sharing the wisdom and healing power of Yoga with individuals from all walks of life. Born on 9th July 1973, I continue to dedicate my journey to spreading the message of holistic well-being through Yoga — the true Balance of Life.
Episodes
The heartfelt feedback and evident positive transformations shared by my students have continuously inspired me to grow further on this path. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I extended my services by offering free Yoga guidance to patients battling the virus. Witnessing their recovery and emotional healing during such challenging times was deeply fulfilling. Around the same time, I also had the privilege to conduct Pranayama sessions for over 100 employees of IndusInd Bank across all Tamil Nadu branches — an immensely gratifying experience that highlighted the importance of Yoga in the corporate world. My journey further expanded with opportunities to work with elderly citizens through Brain Activity Programs, bringing smiles of achievement to their faces. I have also collaborated with a team of Yoga facilitators for over two years, while continuing to guide doctors and their families toward holistic well-being. I was invited as a jury member for a District-Level Yoga Competition at Valapadi, and conducted a Yoga Health Awareness session for 300+ employees of a telecom company during International Yoga Day. Over the past four years, I have been offering Yoga therapy and pregnancy guidance at the renowned Dharan Multispeciality Hospital – Dharan Women's Care and Fertility Center, while also conducting awareness sessions for organizations like the Rotary Club of Salem TexCity, creating deep awareness on the balance of body, mind, and soul.

The journey as a Yoga Teacher and Therapist has been incredibly fulfilling. I am grateful for the opportunities, experiences, knowledge, and recognitions that have enriched my path. Witnessing the transformative impact of Yoga on the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of so many individuals continues to be my greatest reward. With Sthiti Yoga – The Balance of Life, I remain devoted to expanding the reach of Yoga education and contributing meaningfully to the health and harmony of every individual I meet on this journey.
